Ashley is a native of Utah. She received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. Ashley has a background in orthopedics as well as pelvic floor physical therapy. She is a certified pelvic floor specialist through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has spent her 15 years of practice focusing on the treatment of both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunctions. During the first 4 years of her career, she recognized that many of the patient suffering from chronic pelvic pain and long standing pelvic floor dysfunctions stemmed from issues that were never fully addressed during pregnancy or after delivery. Therefore, she redirected her focus to a more holistic / preventative care model for the female athlete as well as pregnant and postpartum populations. Her practice is enhanced by her experience as a classically trained Pilates instructor, which she employs therapeutically.
